This commit adds support for VCN reset functionality in SMU v13.0.12 by:
1. Adding two new PPSMC messages in smu_v13_0_12_ppsmc.h:
- PPSMC_MSG_ResetVCN (0x5E)
- Updates PPSMC_Message_Count to 0x5F to account for new messages
2. Adding message mapping for ResetVCN in smu_v13_0_12_ppt.c:
- Maps SMU_MSG_ResetVCN to PPSMC_MSG_ResetVCN
These changes enable proper VCN reset handling through the SMU firmware
interface for compatible AMD GPUs.

Communicate display information from DC to the legacy PM code.
Currently DC uses pm_display_cfg to communicate power management
requirements from the display code to the DPM code.
However, the legacy (non-DC) code path used different fields

Change the legacy display code to fill the same pm_display_cfg

Port of commit 227545b9a0 ("drm/radeon/dpm: Disable sclk
switching on Oland when two 4K 60Hz monitors are connected")
This is an ad-hoc DPM fix, necessary because we don't have
proper bandwidth calculation for DCE 6.
We define "high pixelclock" for SI as higher than necessary
for 4K 30Hz. For example, 4K 60Hz and 1080p 144Hz fall into
this category.
When two high pixel clock displays are connected to Oland,
additionally disable shader clock switching, which results in
a higher voltage, thereby addressing some visible flickering.

Based on some comments in dm_pp_display_configuration
above the crtc_index and line_time fields, these values
are programmed to the SMC to work around an SMC hang
when it switches MCLK.
According to Alex, the Windows driver programs them to:
mclk_change_block_cp_min = 200 / line_time
mclk_change_block_cp_max = 100 / line_time
Let's use the same for the sake of consistency.
Previously we used the watermark values, but it seemed buggy
as the code was mixing up low/high and A/B watermarks, and
was not saving a low watermark value on DCE 6, so
mclk_change_block_cp_max would be always zero previously.
Split this change off from the previous si_upload_smc_data
to make it easier to bisect, in case it causes any issues.

The si_upload_smc_data function uses si_write_smc_soft_register
to set some register values in the SMC, and expects the result
to be PPSMC_Result_OK which is 1.
The PPSMC_Result_OK / PPSMC_Result_Failed values are used for
checking the result of a command sent to the SMC.
However, the si_write_smc_soft_register actually doesn't send
any commands to the SMC and returns zero on success,
so this check was incorrect.
Fix that by not checking the return value, just like other
calls to si_write_smc_soft_register.

The SMC can take an excessive amount of time to process some
messages under some conditions.
Background:
Sending a message to the SMC works by writing the message into
the mmSMC_MESSAGE_0 register and its optional parameter into
the mmSMC_SCRATCH0, and then polling mmSMC_RESP_0. Previously
the timeout was AMDGPU_MAX_USEC_TIMEOUT, ie. 100 ms.
Increase the timeout to 200 ms for all messages and to 1 sec for
a few messages which I've observed to be especially slow:
PPSMC_MSG_NoForcedLevel
PPSMC_MSG_SetEnabledLevels
PPSMC_MSG_SetForcedLevels
PPSMC_MSG_DisableULV
PPSMC_MSG_SwitchToSwState
This fixes the following problems on Tahiti when switching
from a lower clock power state to a higher clock state, such
as when DC turns on a display which was previously turned off.
* si_restrict_performance_levels_before_switch would fail
(if the user previously forced high clocks using sysfs)
* si_set_sw_state would fail (always)
It turns out that both of those failures were SMC timeouts and
that the SMC actually didn't fail or hang, just needs more time
to process those.
Add a warning when there is an SMC timeout to make it easier to
identify this type of problem in the future.

1. when pdb0 is enabled, gpu addr from amdgpu_bo_create_kernel() is GART
aperture address, it is not compatible with SMU and PSP, it need to be
updated to use FB aperture address.
2. Since FB aperture address will change after switching to new GPU

Pull drm updates from Dave Airlie:
"As part of building up nova-core/nova-drm pieces we've brought in some
rust abstractions through this tree, aux bus being the main one, with
devres changes also in the driver-core tree. Along with the drm core
abstractions and enough nova-core/nova-drm to use them. This is still
all stub work under construction, to build the nova driver upstream.
The other big NVIDIA related one is nouveau adds support for
Hopper/Blackwell GPUs, this required a new GSP firmware update to
570.144, and a bunch of rework in order to support multiple fw
interfaces.
There is also the introduction of an asahi uapi header file as a
precursor to getting the real driver in later, but to unblock
userspace mesa packages while the driver is trapped behind rust
enablement.
Otherwise it's the usual mixture of stuff all over, amdgpu, i915/xe,

The amdgpu_set_thermal_throttling_logging() function directly accesses
the ratelimit_state structure's ->missed field, which works, but which
also makes it more difficult to change this field. Therefore, make use
of the ratelimit_state_reset_interval() function instead of directly
accessing the ->missed field.
Nevertheless, open-coded use of ->burst and ->interval is still permitted,
for example, for runtime sysfs adjustment of these fields.

Currently, it seems like the code was carried over from RDNA3 because
it assumes two possible values to set. RDNA4, instead of having:
0: min SCLK
1: max SCLK
only has
0: SCLK offset
This change makes it so it only reports current offset value instead of
showing possible min/max values and their indices. Moreover, it now only
accepts the offset as a value, without the indice index.
Additionally, the lower bound was printed as %u by mistake.

This patch introduces a new function to check if the SMU supports resetting the SDMA engine.
This capability check ensures that the driver does not attempt to reset the SDMA engine
on hardware that does not support it.
The following changes are included:
- New function `amdgpu_dpm_reset_sdma_is_supported` to check SDMA reset
support at the AMDGPU driver level.
- New function `smu_reset_sdma_is_supported` to check SDMA reset support
at the SMU level.
- Implementation of `smu_v13_0_6_reset_sdma_is_supported` for the specific
SMU version v13.0.6.

Some of the firmware that is loaded by amdgpu is not actually required.
For example the ISP firmware on some SoCs is optional, and if it's not
present the ISP IP block just won't be initialized.
The firmware loader core however will show a warning when this happens
like this:
```
Direct firmware load for amdgpu/isp_4_1_0.bin failed with error -2
```
To avoid confusion for non-required firmware, adjust the amd-ucode helper
to take an extra argument indicating if the firmware is required or
optional.
On optional firmware use firmware_request_nowarn() instead of
request_firmware() to avoid the warnings.

Set the default workload type to bootup type on smu v13.0.7.
This is because of the constraint on smu v13.0.7.
Gfx activity has an even higher set point on 3D fullscreen

the common code. The mask bits vary across SMU versions.
Move all handling of smu->workload_mask in to the backends and

Empirically we can confirm that the former allocates 152 bytes for the
table, while the latter memsets the 168 large block.
Root cause appears that when GPU metrics tables for v2_4 parts were added
it was not considered to enlarge the table to fit.
The fix in this patch is rather "brute force" and perhaps later should be
done in a smarter way, by extracting and consolidating the part version to
size logic to a common helper, instead of brute forcing the largest
possible allocation. Nevertheless, for now this works and fixes the out of
bounds write.
