Merge tag 'pci-v7.3-changes' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/pci/pci

Pull PCI updates from Bjorn Helgaas:
 "Resource management:

   - Add hotplug reservation only once (not at each level of the
hierarchy) so bridge windows don't grow more than necessary (Ilpo
     Järvinen)

  Driver binding:

   - Rework device matching so device ID lifetime only needs to cover
the probe path since dynamic IDs can be removed at any time (Gary
     Guo)

  Error handling:

   - Update mappings of AER errors to agent & layer and log them for
each individual error when multiple errors detected (Lukas Wunner)

   - Log Error Source only once, not twice in separate messages (Lukas
     Wunner)

   - Emit TLP Log only for unmasked errors (Lukas Wunner)

   - Support Advisory Non-Fatal Errors (Lukas Wunner)

   - Allow DPC on all Downstream Ports, not just Root Ports, when OS
     controls AER (Darshit Shah)

  ASPM:

   - Program the same ASPM Control values for every function of
multi-function devices, as recommended by the PCIe spec (Krishna
     Chaitanya Chundru)

   - Avoid L0s for Realtek RTS525A, where it causes an AER interrupt
     storm (Max Lee)

   - Avoid ASPM L0s, L1, and L1 PM Substates based on 'aspm-no-l0s',
     'aspm-no-l1' [1], and 'aspm-no-l1ss' DT properties (Krishna
     Chaitanya Chundru)

  Power management:

   - Allow D3 for native hotplug-capable Root Ports on non-x86 platforms
(we avoid D3 for these ports on x86 because some old platforms
     didn't validate it) (Manivannan Sadhasivam)

   - Allow portdrv to claim Ports even if they don't support services
(AER, PME, DPC, hotplug, etc) so it can do power management (Brian
     Norris)

  Power control:

   - Add support for PCIe WAKE# interrupt when described via DT (Krishna
     Chaitanya Chundru)

   - For the TC9563 PCIe switch:

       - Take a reference on the I2C adapter to avoid uninterruptible
hang when unloading an I2C module while in-use (Johan Hovold)

       - Update DT binding and driver to restrict Tx Amplitude, DFE and
N_FTS to USP, DSP1 and DSP2 (Manivannan Sadhasivam)

       - Power off only external-facing ports (DSP1, DSP2), leaving USP
and DSP3 (aka VDSP) powered up (Manivannan Sadhasivam)

       - Move integrated MAC Endpoint out of the list of internal ports
and configure it separately (Manivannan Sadhasivam)

  Virtualization:

   - Add ACS quirk for Pericom PI7C9X2G608 switches (Tim Harvey)

   - Fix a long-standing bug in the Intel PCH Root Port MPC ACS quirk
that didn't update the intended INTEL_MPC_REG_IRBNCE bit because it
used a 16-bit config write when a 32-bit write was intended
     (Mohamad Raizudeen)

  Procfs:

   - Avoid spurious runtime PM wakeup on config space accesses that are
outside config space and fail before reaching PCI (Krzysztof
     Wilczyński)

   - Warn on user-space writes to kernel-exclusive config space regions,
as we already do for sysfs (Krzysztof Wilczyński)

   - Check credentials of opener, not reader, for config space reads, as
we already do for sysfs (Krzysztof Wilczyński)

  Sysfs:

   - In pci_write_legacy_io(), avoid out-of-bounds reads from the user
buffer and fix incorrect ioport write data (1-byte writes on
     little-endian powerpc, 2- and 4-byte writes on big-endian powerpc)
     (Krzysztof Wilczyński)

   - In pci_read_legacy_io(), fix incorrect ioport read data for 2- and
4-byte reads on big-endian powerpc (Krzysztof Wilczyński)

   - Fix I/O port accessor argument order in Alpha pci_legacy_write()
     (Krzysztof Wilczyński)

   - Avoid spurious runtime PM wakeup on config space accesses that are
outside config space and fail before reaching PCI (Krzysztof
     Wilczyński)

   - Return -EINVAL, not -ENODEV, for mmap of I/O BAR that fails because
the arch doesn't support it, as we do for procfs (Krzysztof
     Wilczyński)

   - Check for LOCKDOWN_PCI_ACCESS for legacy_io and legacy_mem, as we
do for other config space accessors (Krzysztof Wilczyński)

  Peer-to-peer DMA:

   - Add Nvidia Vera Rubin to list of platforms that support P2PDMA
     (Leon Romanovsky)

  Endpoint framework:

   - Check doorbell SUCCESS bit in pci_endpoint_test to avoid treating
some failures as successes (Niklas Cassel)

   - Fail doorbell test when the trigger IRQ is missed (Niklas Cassel)

  New native PCIe controller drivers:

   - Add DT binding and driver for NVIDIA Tegra264 (Thierry Reding)

  Native PCIe controllers:

   - Use common wait time definitions for PCIe link monitoring instead
of defining driver-private duplicates (Thierry Reding)

  Generic host bridge driver:

   - Fix NULL pointer dereference that caused enumeration failures on
     32-bit CAM systems (Steffen Persvold)

  Amlogic Meson PCIe controller driver:

   - Correct the PERST# GPIO state so it remains asserted until power
and REFCLK become stable to fix enumeration failure (Ronald
     Claveau)

  ASPEED PCIe controller driver:

   - Switch to irq_domain_create_linear() so we can obsolete
     irq_domain_add_linear() (Jiri Slaby)

  Cadence PCIe controller driver:

   - Add MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE to generate module aliases for OF-based
     module autoloading (Pengpeng Hou)

   - Add debugfs 'ltssm_status' file for LGA- and HPA-based Cadence
     controllers (Hans Zhang)

   - Support up to x4 (not x2) lanes for J200 (Takuma Fujiwara)

   - Fix host/endpoint dependencies for cadence-plat driver to fix link
error when cadence-plat is built-in but the host or endpoint driver
     is modular (Aksh Garg)

  Freescale i.MX6 PCIe controller driver:

   - Add imx6 intr/aer/pme interrupt lines for i.MX95 (Richard Zhu)

   - Remove PERST# checking from pci_host_common_parse_port() so callers
can decide whether to fall back to legacy DT binding with PERST# in
     the host bridge (Sherry Sun)

   - Fix build issues when PCI_PWRCTRL_GENERIC or PCI_HOST_COMMON is a
     module (Arnd Bergmann)

- Add initial definitions and discovery for the Smcsrind, Sscsrind,
Smcntrpmf, Ssccfg, Smcdeleg, Zicclsm, Ziccamoa, Ziccif, Ziccrse,
Za64rs, and Ssqosid RISC-V ISA extensions

 - Improve the RISC-V update_mmu_cache_range() implementation by using

microarchitectures that support related optimizations; and by taking
advantage of the Svinval RISC-V ISA extension on microarchitectures
   that support it

 - Shrink CFI shadow stack allocation further (to 512MB) to save
virtual address space (and physical memory on systems with strict
   overcommit policies)

 - Change our vector misaligned access speed test code to be
synchronous, avoiding a bunch of bugs related to unnecessary
   asynchronicity

 - Enable ARCH_HAS_ACPI_TABLE_UPGRADE for RISC-V to help with ACPI
table debugging (similar to ARM64 and x86)

 - Extract vDSO section offsets at build time, rather than run time, to
   avoid the boot time overhead

 - Use assembler directives to control the use of instructions from the
RISC-V ISA extensions Zacas and Zabha, rather than compiler -march
flags that could affect the whole kernel (similar to ARM64)

 - Add a kselftest for kprobes support for the c.jal instruction on
   RISC-V

 - When UEFI runtime services are available, use them to restart and
   power off

 - Fix ARCH_HAS_ACPI_TABLE_UPGRADE for RISC-V by adding a missing
include file to the ACPI code

 - Move contiguous DMA memory reservation later in the boot, to ensure
that the correct global and per-node pools are allocated when
   CONFIG_CMA_SIZE_PERNUMA is enabled

 - Disallow probes on breakpoint handlers to avoid recursing
   indefinitely into do_trap_break()

 - Patch the compat vDSO during runtime alternatives processing, not
   only the standard vDSO

 - Remove some leftover XIP support elements missed by commit
9b3a2be848 ("riscv: Remove support for XIP kernel")

 - Fix broadcast timer switching in ACPI LPI power states by
   implementing a RISC-V version of arch_get_idle_state_flags()

 - Miscellaneous fixes, including: vDSO makefile simplification;
marking our default_power_off() as __noreturn; error path fixes in
the PMU SBI perf driver; RISC-V extension capitalization
   consistency; the use of BIT() macros in one of our include files;

Add Ziccamoa, Ziccif, and Za64rs to riscv_isa_ext[] so they can be

Expose all four extensions via hwprobe through new bits in

_ZICCRSE, _ZA64RS), so userspace can probe each of these

Even though mandated, misaligned loads and stores might execute
extremely slowly. Standard software distributions should assume their
existence only for correctness, not for performance.

Muralidhara M K
5273183b63
platform/x86/amd/hsmp: Add IOCTL_GET_TELEMETRY_DATA for metric table reads
The metric table needs to be delivered to userspace as a single
atomic snapshot, but the current sysfs metrics_bin path is a file
read: userspace can read it in chunks and observe a torn snapshot
if an SMU refresh happens between read() calls. The same path is
also bounded by PAGE_SIZE, so the ~13 KB table used by HSMP protocol
version 7 on Family 1Ah Model 50h-5Fh cannot be returned at all,
regardless of how userspace reads it. Rather than extend sysfs to
lift both restrictions, expose the metric table through the
existing HSMP character device using a new ioctl that always copies
the table in one shot.

Add struct hsmp_telemetry_data and HSMP_IOCTL_GET_TELEMETRY_DATA
to the UAPI header. Under the surrounding #pragma pack(4), placing
the __u64 user pointer first gives a tight 16-byte layout that is
identical for 32- and 64-bit callers, and the trailing __u16
reserved field is rejected with -EINVAL if non-zero so future
kernels can repurpose it without breaking already-deployed
userspace. The command is encoded with _IOW because the kernel only
reads the request struct; the snapshot travels through the user
pointer it carries.

The requested size may be anything from one byte up to the size
firmware reported for that socket's table. A short request returns
the leading bytes of the snapshot, so userspace built against an
older table layout keeps working on firmware that grew the table,
mirroring the relaxed response_sz rule applied to HSMP messages
earlier in this series. A request larger than the firmware table is
rejected with -EINVAL rather than short-written, so a caller can
never mistake a partial copy for a full one.

Dispatch hsmp_ioctl() on the ioctl command: the existing message
handler is factored out as hsmp_ioctl_msg() for HSMP_IOCTL_CMD, and
HSMP_IOCTL_GET_TELEMETRY_DATA goes to a new
hsmp_ioctl_get_telemetry() helper.

/dev/hsmp is a singleton character device that outlives an
individual socket unbind, so an ioctl issued on an already-open fd
can run concurrently with socket teardown. hsmp_sock_rwsem is the
driver's contract for that: the data plane takes it for read, and
probe and remove take it for write to drain the data plane before
freeing the socket array, unmapping the metric tables and
destroying the per-socket mutexes. hsmp_ioctl_get_telemetry() takes
it for read across the socket lookup, the checks on that socket's
metric-table state and the table read itself, so none of that state
can be torn down underneath it. Without this the handler would
sleep in its kvmalloc() holding no lock at all, and could resume
with a freed socket, locking a destroyed mutex and reading from an
unmapped iomem region.

The lock is dropped before the copy_to_user(), because faulting in
the destination can block indefinitely on a userfaultfd-backed
buffer and would otherwise leave a socket unbind waiting for the
write lock.

Since hsmp_metric_tbl_read() reached the mailbox through
hsmp_send_message(), which takes hsmp_sock_rwsem itself, calling it
with the lock already held would recursively take the read side and
can deadlock against a queued writer. Split out
hsmp_metric_tbl_read_locked(), which asserts the lock and uses
hsmp_send_message_locked(), and leave hsmp_metric_tbl_read() as a
wrapper that takes the read lock for the sysfs callers. This also
brings the whole fill-and-copy under the rwsem for those callers,
where the memcpy_fromio() previously ran outside it, and makes the
lock order uniformly hsmp_sock_rwsem -> metric_read_lock ->
hsmp_sem.

The user-controlled socket index in HSMP_IOCTL_GET_TELEMETRY_DATA is
clamped with array_index_nospec() before indexing hsmp_pdev.sock[],
mitigating Spectre v1 (CVE-2017-5753). Include linux/nospec.h, which
the file relied on getting transitively.

06b15ddcfb iommu/arm-smmu-v3: Enable CFGI/TLBI-repeat workaround on Tegra264
Nvidia Tegra264 SMMU is affected by an erratum where a TLB entry can
survive an invalidation that races with concurrent traffic targeting
the same entry. The hardware-recommended software workaround is to
issue every CFGI/TLBI command (each followed by CMD_SYNC) twice, and
that infrastructure is already in place behind
arm_smmu_erratum_repeat_tlbi_cfgi_key.

Neither IDR nor IIDR flags this Tegra264-specific bug, so hardware
detection is not possible. Tegra264 is device-tree-only (no ACPI/IORT
support) and already has a dedicated "nvidia,tegra264-smmu" compatible,
so DT-probe is the only viable detection path.

Enable the workaround on instances matching the existing
"nvidia,tegra264-smmu" compatible by calling static_branch_enable() on
arm_smmu_erratum_repeat_tlbi_cfgi_key. Document the erratum in
Documentation/arch/arm64/silicon-errata.rst.

bc7f7ddc64 arm64: Remove hidden bitfields from cpu-feature-registers.rst
We currently have a visibility column in the tables for the registers in
cpu-feature-registers.rst but this is always "y" for every register other
than ID_AA64PFR0_EL1. Given that the documentation of the full set of
bitfields is readily available in the architecture documentation it is
redundant for us to explicitly document things we don't advertise, and the
kernel documentation will inevitably lag the architecture.

Just remove the visibility column and hidden bitfields.

12aab25ca5 arm64: errata: work around NVIDIA Olympus device store/load ordering
On systems with NVIDIA Olympus cores, a Device-nGnR* load can be
observed by a peripheral before an older, non-overlapping Device-nGnR*
store to the same peripheral. This breaks the program-order guarantee
that software expects for Device-nGnR* accesses and can leave a
peripheral in an incorrect state.

The erratum can occur only when all of the following apply:

  - A PE executes a Device-nGnR* store followed by a younger
    Device-nGnR* load.
  - The store is not a store-release.
  - The accesses target the same peripheral and do not overlap in bytes.
  - There is at most one intervening Device-nGnR* store in program
order, and there are no intervening Device-nGnR* loads.
  - There is no DSB or full DMB between the store and the load.
  - Specific microarchitectural and timing conditions occur.

Insert a DMB OSH immediately before each raw MMIO load on affected CPUs.
As a full barrier, DMB OSH orders the older Device store before the
younger Device load and prevents the erroneous observation.

Add the barrier directly to the __raw_read*() helpers, independently of
the existing device-load-acquire alternative. On affected CPUs this adds
one DMB OSH per raw MMIO load, including each load used by
memcpy_fromio(). On unaffected CPUs the alternative remains a NOP.

8a570b19b4 KVM: arm64: vgic: Avoid double-deactivate of IRQs in the nested context
In the nested state, the physical interrupt has already been
deactivated through the HW bit in the LR. The extra deactivation
would be harmless but can hit an errata case on AmpereOne, so
avoid it here.

On AmpereOne, deactivating a physical interrupt through
ICC_DIR_EL1 or ICC_EOIR1_EL1 (depending on EOImode) which is not
active, but is the highest priority pending interrupt causes the
cpu to lose the interrupt pending state and also prevents the

a881882748 irqchip/gic-v3: Add Renesas R-Car Gen4 erratum workaround
Renesas R-Car S4/V4H/V4M GIC600 integration has address width for AXI
or APB interface configured to 32 bit, it can therefore access only
the first 4 GiB of physical address space. This information comes from
R-Car V4H Interface Specification sheet; there is currently no technical
update number assigned to this limitation. Further input from hardware
engineer indicates that this limitation also applies to R-Car S4 and V4M.
Name the limitation GEN4GICITS1, and add a driver quirk to mitigate this
limitation.

The quirk is keyed on the combination of the GIC implementation
and the platform identification in the device tree.

dbff364636 riscv: hwprobe.rst: Make indentation consistent
A handful of vendor-extension entries indent continuation lines with a
tab character, while the rest of hwprobe.rst uses spaces. In addition,
many list items align their continuation lines under the 'm' of
':c:macro:' (column 7) rather than under the item text (column 4), so
the file mixes several indentation styles.

Replace the tabs with spaces and align every list item's continuation
lines under the item text, giving the whole file one consistent style.

Whitespace-only change, no functional change.

f9a82544c7 cpu/hotplug: Fix NULL kobject warning in cpuhp_smt_enable()
On arm64, when booting with `maxcpus` greater than the number of present
CPUs (e.g., QEMU -smp cpus=4,maxcpus=8), some CPUs are marked as 'present'
but have not yet been registered via register_cpu(). Consequently,
the per-cpu device objects for these CPUs are not yet initialized.

In cpuhp_smt_enable(), the code iterates over all present CPUs. Calling
_cpu_up() for these unregistered CPUs eventually leads to
sysfs_create_group() being called with a NULL kobject (or a kobject
without a directory), triggering the following warning in
fs/sysfs/group.c:

  WARNING: fs/sysfs/group.c:137 at internal_create_group+0x41c/0x4bc, CPU#2: sh/181
  [...]
  Call trace:

    __cpuhp_invoke_callback_range+0x94/0x11c
    _cpu_up+0x200/0x37c

When booting with ACPI, arm64 smp_prepare_cpus() currently sets all
enumerated CPUs as "present" regardless of their status in the MADT. This
causes issues with SMT hotplug control. For instance, with QEMU's
"-smp 4,maxcpus=8" configuration, the MADT GICC entries are populated as
follows:

1. The first four CPUs: `Enabled` set but `Online Capable` not set.

2. The remaining four CPUs: `Online Capable` set but `Enabled` not set
   to support potential hot-plugging.

Fix this by:

1. When booting with ACPI, checking the ACPI_MADT_ENABLED flag in the GICC
entry before calling set_cpu_present() during SMP initialization.

2. Properly managing the present mask in acpi_map_cpu() and
acpi_unmap_cpu() to support actual CPU hotplug events, This aligns with
other architectures like x86 and LoongArch.

3. Update the arm64 CPU hotplug documentation to no longer state that all
online-capable vCPUs are marked as present by the kernel at boot time.

This ensures that only physically available or explicitly enabled CPUs
are in the present mask, keeping the SMT control logic consistent with
the actual hardware state.

b85966adbf Networking changes for 7.2.
Core & protocols
 ----------------

  - Work on removing rtnl_lock protection throughout the stack continues.
    In this chapter:
     - don't use rtnl_lock for IPv6 multicast routing configuration
     - don't take rtnl_lock in ethtool for modern drivers
     - prepare Qdisc dump callbacks for rtnl_lock removal

  - Support dumping just ifindex + name of all interfaces, under RCU.
It's a common operation for Netlink CLI tools (when translating
names to ifindexes) and previously required full rtnl_lock.

  - Support dumping qdiscs and page pools for a specific netdev. Even tho
user space wants a dump of all netdevs, most of the time, the OOO
programming model results in repeating the dump for each netdev.
Which, in absence of a cache, leads to a O(n^2) behavior.

  - Flush nexthops once on multi-nexthop removal (e.g. when device goes
    down), another O(n^2) -> O(n) improvement.

  - Rehash locally generated traffic to a different nexthop on retransmit
    timeout.

  - Honor oif when choosing nexthop for locally generated IPv6 traffic.

  - Convert TCP Auth Option to crypto library, and drop non-RFC algos.

  - Increase subflow limits in MPTCP to 64 and endpoint limit to 256.

  - Support MPTCP signaling of IPv6 address + port (ADD_ADDR). We need
to selectively skip reporting of the standard TCP Timestamp option,
    because they won't fit into the header space together (12 + 30 > 40).

  - Support using bridge neighbor suppression, Duplicate Address
Detection, Gratuitous ARP and unsolicited NA forwarding - in EVPN
    deployments, e.g. VXLAN fabrics (IPv4 and IPv6).

  - Improve link state reporting for upper netdevs (e.g. macvlan) over
tunnel devices (again, mostly for EVPN deployments).

  - Support binding GENEVE tunnels to a local address.

  - Speed up UDP tunnel destruction (remove one synchronize_rcu()).

  - Support exponential field encoding in multicast (IGMPv3 and MLDv2).

  - Support attaching PSP crypto offload to containers (veth, netkit).

  - Add a new IPSec Netlink message XFRM_MSG_MIGRATE_STATE that allows
migrating individual IPsec SAs independently of their policies.
The existing XFRM_MSG_MIGRATE is tightly coupled to policy+SA
migration, lacks SPI for unique SA identification, and cannot express
reqid changes or migrate Transport mode selectors. The new interface
identifies the SA via SPI and mark, supports reqid changes, address
family changes, encap removal, and uses an atomic create+install
flow under x->lock to prevent SN/IV reuse during AEAD SA migration.

  - Implement GRO/GSO support for PPPoE.

  - Convert sockopt callbacks in a number of protocols to iov_iter.

 Cross-tree stuff
 ----------------

  - Remove support for Crypto TFM cloning (unblocked after the TCP Auth
Option rework). This feature regressed performance for all crypto API
users, since it changed crypto transformation objects into reference-
    -counted objects.

  - Add FCrypt-PCBC implementation to rxrpc and remove it from the global
crypto API as obsolete and insecure.

 Wireless
 --------

  - Major rework of station bandwidth handling, fixing issues with lower
    capability than AP.

  - Cleanups for EMLSR spec issues (drafts differed).

  - More Neighbor Awareness Networking (Wi-Fi Aware) work (multicast,
    schedule improvements, multi-station etc.)

  - Some Ultra High Reliability (UHR) / IEEE 802.11bn (D1.4) work
(e.g. non-primary channel access, UHR DBE support).

  - Fine Timing Measurement ranging (i.e. distance measurement) APIs.

 Netfilter
 ---------

  - Use per-rule hash initval in nf_conncount. This avoids unnecessary
lock contention with short keys (e.g. conntrack zones) in different
    namespaces.

  - Various safety improvements, both in packet parsing and object
lifetimes. Notably add refcounts to conntrack timeout policy.

 Deletions
 ---------

  - Remove TLS + sockmap integration. TLS wants to pin user pages
to avoid a copy, and sockmap wants to write to the input stream.
More work on this integration is clearly needed, and we can't find
any users (original author admitted that they never deployed it).

  - Remove support for TLS offload with TCP Offload Engine (the far
more common opportunistic offload is retained). The locking looks
unfixable (driver sleeps under TCP spin locks) and people from
the vendor that added this are AWOL.

  - Remove more ATM code, trying to leave behind only what PPPoATM needs,
AAL5 and br2684 with permanent circuits.

  - Remove AppleTalk. Let it join hamradio in our out of tree protocol
    graveyard, I mean, repository.

  - Disable 32-bit x_tables compatibility (32bit binaries on 64bit kernel)
interface in user namespaces. To be deleted completely, soon.

  - Remove 5/10 MHz support from cfg80211/mac80211.

Pull networking updates from Jakub Kicinski:
 "Core & protocols:

   - Work on removing rtnl_lock protection throughout the stack
     continues.

Even
tho user space wants a dump of all netdevs, most of the time, the
OOO programming model results in repeating the dump for each
netdev. Which, in absence of a cache, leads to a O(n^2) behavior.

   - Flush nexthops once on multi-nexthop removal (e.g. when device goes
     down), another O(n^2) -> O(n) improvement.

   - Rehash locally generated traffic to a different nexthop on
     retransmit timeout.

   - Honor oif when choosing nexthop for locally generated IPv6 traffic.

   - Convert TCP Auth Option to crypto library, and drop non-RFC algos.

   - Increase subflow limits in MPTCP to 64 and endpoint limit to 256.

   - Support MPTCP signaling of IPv6 address + port (ADD_ADDR). We need
to selectively skip reporting of the standard TCP Timestamp option,
because they won't fit into the header space together (12 + 30 >
     40).

   - Support using bridge neighbor suppression, Duplicate Address
Detection, Gratuitous ARP and unsolicited NA forwarding - in EVPN
     deployments, e.g. VXLAN fabrics (IPv4 and IPv6).

   - Improve link state reporting for upper netdevs (e.g. macvlan) over
tunnel devices (again, mostly for EVPN deployments).

   - Support binding GENEVE tunnels to a local address.

   - Speed up UDP tunnel destruction (remove one synchronize_rcu()).

   - Support exponential field encoding in multicast (IGMPv3 and MLDv2).

   - Support attaching PSP crypto offload to containers (veth, netkit).

   - Add a new IPSec Netlink message XFRM_MSG_MIGRATE_STATE that allows
migrating individual IPsec SAs independently of their policies.

The existing XFRM_MSG_MIGRATE is tightly coupled to policy+SA
migration, lacks SPI for unique SA identification, and cannot
express reqid changes or migrate Transport mode selectors.

The new interface identifies the SA via SPI and mark, supports
reqid changes, address family changes, encap removal, and uses an
atomic create+install flow under x->lock to prevent SN/IV reuse
     during AEAD SA migration.

   - Implement GRO/GSO support for PPPoE.

   - Convert sockopt callbacks in a number of protocols to iov_iter.

  Cross-tree stuff:

   - Remove support for Crypto TFM cloning (unblocked after the TCP Auth
Option rework). This feature regressed performance for all crypto
API users, since it changed crypto transformation objects into
     reference-counted objects.

1940e70a81 arm64: errata: Mitigate TLBI errata on Microsoft Azure Cobalt 100 CPU
Commit fb091ff394 ("arm64: Subscribe Microsoft Azure Cobalt 100 to ARM
Neoverse N2 errata") states that Microsoft Azure Cobalt 100 CPU "is a
Microsoft implemented CPU based on r0p0 of the ARM Neoverse N2 CPU, and
therefore suffers from all the same errata.".

So enable the workaround for the latest broadcast TLB invalidation bug
on these parts.

ec7216f92e arm64: errata: Mitigate TLBI errata on NVIDIA Olympus CPU
NVIDIA Olympus cores are affected by the TLBI completion issue tracked as
CVE-2025-10263. The existing ARM64_ERRATUM_4118414 handling already uses
ARM64_WORKAROUND_REPEAT_TLBI to issue an additional broadcast TLBI;DSB
sequence and ensure affected memory write effects are globally observed.

Add MIDR_NVIDIA_OLYMPUS to the repeat-TLBI match list so the same
mitigation is enabled on affected Olympus systems. Also document the
NVIDIA Olympus erratum in the arm64 silicon errata table and list it in
the Kconfig help text.

cfd391e741 arm64: errata: Mitigate TLBI errata on various Arm CPUs
A number of CPUs developed by Arm suffer from errata whereby a broadcast
TLBI;DSB sequence may complete before the global observation of writes
which are translated by an affected TLB entry.

These errata ONLY affect the completion of memory accesses which have
been translated by an invalidated TLB entry, and these errata DO NOT
affect the actual invalidation of TLB entries. TLB entries are removed
correctly.

This issue has been assigned CVE ID CVE-2025-10263.

To mitigate this issue, Arm recommends that software follows any
affected TLBI;DSB sequence with an additional TLBI;DSB, which will
ensure that all memory write effects affected by the first TLBI have
been globally observed. The additional TLBI can use any operation that
is broadcast to affected CPUs, and the additional DSB can use any option
that is sufficient to complete the additional TLBI.

The ARM64_WORKAROUND_REPEAT_TLBI workaround is sufficient to mitigate
the issue. Enable this workaround for affected CPUs, and update the
silicon errata documentation accordingly.

Note that due to the manner in which Arm develops IP and tracks errata,
some CPUs share a common erratum number.

2b9ad7a615 x86/virt/tdx: Document TDX module update
Recent changes introduced TDX module update support. This is a thorny
feature to use correctly. It is intended for informed admins only who are
expected to either be doing things very carefully, or using it via
userspace programs that handle the pitfalls for them.

Document the basics of how to use the feature and what is expected of the
user in order for it to go correctly. Both to help the intended users of
the feature and as a "here be dragons" note for the more casual TDX users.
