Create a header library which export kernel headers.
These headers are needed by modules and userspace libraries.
This is snapshot merge from msm-5.10 branch commit 1c21e750af93 ("Merge

Add a proxy consumer library which can be used by regulator
drivers to ensure that a given regulator maintains a certain
minimum power state during bootup. Enable state, voltage, and
current may be forced to specified levels.

Hardware Fence interface used for communication
of client drivers with fence controller.

This change adds an interface to check if a given speculative
fence is bound. If fence is not bound, it will wait for the
speculative fence ioctl to bind the fence, or else timeout.

The arm_smmu module had to be reverted in commit fe6e5ac9fb ("Revert
"arm-smmu: Port our downstream SMMU changes from 5.15"") due to an LTS
merge conflict in commit d82e9dd3f4 ("Merge
keystone/android-mainline-keystone-qcom-release.5.18-rc2 (2069378)
into msm-pineapple").
Restore the module to its downstream state accordingly. To account for
commit 9a630a4b41 ("iommu: Split struct iommu_ops"), we rework
arm_smmu_ops. To account for the struct page->freelist member being
removed in commit 07f910f9b7 ("mm: Remove slab from struct page"),
use the struct page->lru.next pointer to form a single linked list of
pages to be tended to during our deferred TLB maintenance.

commit 9a630a4b41 ("iommu: Split struct iommu_ops") adds a new type
iommu_domain_ops that covers all per-domain (i.e. "translation) operations
(setting up page tables, doing TLB maintenance, etc.) are moved from
iommu_ops into this domain specific structure. As a result of this,
IOMMU domains now only supply a pointer to these domain ops and not
the iommu_ops.
Thus, add a iommu_domain_ops member in qciom_iommu_ops.

PDC version 3.2 has irq enable within irq config register whereas
older PDC versions have separate enable bank.
Add support to enable/disable irq in relevant registers.

Add videocc-pineapple.ko in modules.list.msm.pineapple. This ensures
that the videocc-pineapple module is loaded automatically from the
first stage RAM disk image during Linux kernel boot up.

Add support for TEMP_ALARM LITE PMIC peripherals. This subtype
utilizes a pair of registers to configure a warning interrupt
threshold temperature and an automatic hardware shutdown
threshold temperature.

Add support for TEMP_ALARM GEN2 PMIC peripherals with digital
major revision 2. This revision utilizes individual registers
to set the threshold temperature for over-temperature stages 1,
2, and 3 instead of a single register to specify a set of
thresholds.

Certain TEMP_ALARM GEN2 PMIC peripherals need over-temperature
stage 2 automatic PMIC partial shutdown to be enabled in order to
avoid repeated faults in the event of reaching over-temperature
stage 3. Modify the stage 2 shutdown control logic to ensure that
stage 2 shutdown is enabled on all affected PMICs. Read the
digital major and minor revision registers to identify these
PMICs.

Add a null check for the pwrkey->data pointer after it is assigned
in pm8941_pwrkey_probe(). This avoids a potential null pointer
dereference when pwrkey->data->has_pon_pbs is accessed later in
the probe function.

The status of the keys connected to the KPDPWR_N and RESIN_N pins
is identified by reading corresponding bits in the interrupt real
time status register. If the status has changed by the time that
the interrupt is handled then a press event will be missed.
Maintain a last known status variable to find unbalanced release
events and simulate press events for each accordingly.

On certain PMICs, an unexpected assertion of KPDPWR_DEB (the
positive logic hardware debounced power key signal) may be seen
during the falling edge of KPDPWR_N (i.e. a power key press) when
it occurs close to the rising edge of SLEEP_CLK. This then
triggers a spurious KPDPWR interrupt.
Handle this issue by adding software debouncing support to ignore
key events that occur within the hardware debounce delay after the
most recent key release event.
