wifi: ath12k: Move rx error and defrag functions to wifi7 directory
Move arch specific RX error and defrag functions to wifi7 directory. The moved APIs will be a part of dp_rx.c file inside wifi7 directory. wifi7/dp_rx.c file will continue to be part of ath12k.ko temporarily until the corresponding infra for movement to ath12k_wifi7.ko arrives in upcoming patches. wifi: ath12k: Modularize driver into common and Wi-Fi 7 specific components
Split the ath12k driver into two kernel modules:
- ath12k.ko for shared logic across multiple targets
- ath12k_wifi7.ko for Wi-Fi 7 specific configuration and routines
The common module (ath12k.ko) must be loaded prior to any device-specific
module, as the latter depends on exported symbols from the former.
As part of this restructuring, Wi-Fi 7 specific files are moved into a
dedicated `wifi7/` directory and built as a separate module. Common
symbols are exported accordingly, with further adjustments planned
in upcoming patches to support architecture-dependent separation.
This modularization improves maintainability and scalability by enabling
clean separation of hardware-specific logic from the shared driver core.

Summary
* Move sysctls out of the kern_table array
This is the final move of ctl_tables into their respective subsystems. Only 5
(out of the original 50) will remain in kernel/sysctl.c file; these handle
either sysctl or common arch variables.
By decentralizing sysctl registrations, subsystem maintainers regain control
over their sysctl interfaces, improving maintainability and reducing the
likelihood of merge conflicts.
* docs: Remove false positives from check-sysctl-docs
Stopped falsely identifying sysctls as undocumented or unimplemented in the
check-sysctl-docs script. This script can now be used to automatically
identify if documentation is missing.
* Testing
All these have been in linux-next since rc3, giving them a solid 3 to 4 weeks
worth of testing. Additionally, sysctl selftests and kunit were also run

compiler_types: Provide __no_kstack_erase to disable coverage only on Clang
In order to support Clang's stack depth tracking (for Linux's kstack_erase
feature), the coverage sanitizer needed to be disabled for __init (and
__head) section code. Doing this universally (i.e. for GCC too) created
a number of unexpected problems, ranging from changes to inlining logic
to failures to DCE code on earlier GCC versions.
Since this change is only needed for Clang, specialize it so that GCC
doesn't see the change as it isn't needed there (the GCC implementation
of kstack_erase uses a GCC plugin that removes stack depth tracking
instrumentation from __init sections during a late pass in the IR).
Successfully build and boot tested with GCC 12 and Clang 22.

- Untangle the Retbleed from the ITS mitigation on Intel. Allow for ITS
