3a2c4d55e3 treewide: refresh kmalloc_obj() conversions
This is another run of the Coccinelle script for converting kmalloc()
family of allocations to kmalloc_obj() via the existing rules in
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci

This catches both the set of kmalloc() uses added since the first
kmalloc_obj() conversions in v7.0 and adds a large group missed in the
first pass due to Coccinelle not interacting well with the cleanup.h
scoped_...() family of macros[1]. I worked around this with spatch's
"--macro-file" argument to a file with all the scoped_...() macros mapped
to Coccinelle's YACFE_ITERATOR[2] as that was the closest viable control
flow indicator I could find.

Build tested allmodconfig on x86, arm64, arm, loongarch, mips, powerpc,
riscv, and s390 with no new warnings.

bbda86fdf2 drm/amd/ras: Handle the lack of mca address case for uniras
For specific old eeprom data, mca address is not stored, get mca

220b9c3ad7 drm/amd/ras: add get_die_id for uniras umc v12
For legacy ras eeprom format(only existed on nps1 system), die id
(node instance) is not stored, we get it from mca address and
physical address (pa) here, and now we can calculate pa in any
nps mode for legacy ras eeprom data as well.
It only applies to num_umc == 16 / UMC_VRAM_TYPE_HBM parts.

Also factor out __ras_umc_eeprom_rec2nps_addr() so the die id can
be passed in.

08bb824ae3 drm/amd/ras: track debug mode for query mode
The RAS manager uses the rascore debug mode setting to control whether
MCA data is read directly or collected through PMFW MCA polling and
ClearMcaOnRead. Track that debug mode state in ras_mgr so
amdgpu_ras_get_error_query_mode() can classify queries as direct or
firmware-backed.

Limit the PMFW polling wait in recovery to firmware-backed MODE1 fatal
recovery so other reset paths, such as MODE2, do not pay the delay
unnecessarily.

bf65973e5f drm/amdgpu/ras: only check bad page for address-based UMC injection
UMC error injection on MI300 series is dispatched by the RAS TA using
the injection method; only the "coherent" methods are address based,
the single-shot/persistent/ac-parity ones ignore the address.

The debugfs control path validated the injection address against the
bad page list for every UMC injection. On uniras (SMU v13+) devices the
address is now validated by the ras_mgr inject handler, so the legacy
debugfs bad page check only runs on the legacy RAS path; other ASICs
keep injecting by address.

In the ras_mgr handler an injection is treated as non address-based only
when userspace passes the U64_MAX sentinel address and the method is a
non-address method. In that case the address is cleared to 0 and the bad
page / range validation is skipped; otherwise the injection address is
validated as before.

26057fb8e1 drm/amdgpu: Fix TOCTOU on UniRAS command response size
The guest maps the PF response in shared VRAM (struct ras_cmd_ctx in the
command buffer). After amdgpu_virt_send_remote_ras_cmd() returns, the code
validated rcmd->output_size against the caller buffer, then copied
rcmd->output_buff_raw using rcmd->output_size again. A malicious PF could
change output_size between those reads so the memcpy length exceeds the
caller’s output_size and overflows guest stack or heap buffers.

Snapshot output_size with READ_ONCE() once, assign cmd->output_size from
that value, and use the same snapshot for the bounds check and memcpy.
Also read cmd_res once with READ_ONCE() so the error branch and
cmd->cmd_res assignment do not observe different values from shared memory.
