Neither Linux drivers nor DT bindings ever described or used clock-names
and reset-names for this SoC. The binding allows clock-names only for
atmel,at91sam9g45-ehci and atmel,at91rm9200-ohci, but not for HiSilicon.
reset-names were never allowed.
Drop them from DTS to fix dtbs_check warnings:
hi3798cv200-poplar.dtb: usb@9880000 (generic-ohci): False schema does not allow ['bus', 'clk12', 'clk48']
hi3798cv200-poplar.dtb: usb@9880000 (generic-ohci): Unevaluated properties are not allowed ('reset-names' was unexpected)

The rt1711h Type-C controller on the HiKey960 has the USB role-switch
endpoint placed as a top-level 'port' node, outside the connector
subnode. This triggers two dtbs_check warnings against
richtek,rt1711h.yaml:
- 'port' does not match any of the regexes: '^pinctrl-[0-9]+$'
- connector:ports: 'port@0' is a required property
Move the role-switch endpoint into the connector's port@0, which is
where usb-connector.yaml expects it. Update the DWC3 remote-endpoint
phandle accordingly.
The TCPM core (tcpm.c) looks up the role switch starting from the
connector fwnode via fwnode_usb_role_switch_get(). With the endpoint
inside the connector's port@0, it is found through the primary lookup
path rather than the device-level fallback.
Cross-compiled for arm64. Verified with dt_binding_check and
dtbs_check. Not runtime-tested on hardware.

A number of SoC platforms are adding modernized variants of their
already supported chips time, with a total of 12 new SoCs,
and two older SoC getting removed:
- Qualcomm Glymur is a compute SoC using 18 Oryon-2 CPU cores
- Qualcomm Mahua is a variant of Glymur with only 12 CPU cores, but
largely identical.
- Qualcomm Eliza is an embeded platform for mobile phone (SM7750) and IOT
(QC7790S/M) workloads
- Qualcomm IPQ5210 is a wireless networking SoC using Cortex-A53 cores
- Qualcomm apq8084 and ipq806x had only rudimentary support but no
actual products using them, so they are now gone.
- Axis ARTPEC-9 is a follow-up to the ARTPEC-8 embedded SoC, using
the Samsung SoC platform but now with Cortex-A55 cores
- ARM Zena is a virtual platform in FVP using Cortex-A720AE cores, with
additional versions planned to be merged in the future.
- ARM corstone-1000-a320 is a reference platform for IOT, using low-end
Cortex-A320 cores
- Microchip LAN9691 is an updated 64-bit variant of the arm32 lan966x
series of networking SoCs
- Microchip PIC64GX is an embedded RISC-V chip using SIFIVE U54 CPU cores
- Rockchip RV1103B is the low-end 32-bit single-core vision processor
- Renesas RZ/G3L (r9a08g046) is an industrial embedded chip using
Cortex-A55 cores, similar to the G3E and G3S variants we already
supported.
- NXP S32N79 is an automotive SoC using Cortex-A78AE cores, a
significant upgrade from the older S32V and S32G series
These all come with at least one reference board or an initial product
using these, in total there are 67 newly added boards. The ones for
already supported SoCs are:
- Two more Aspeed BMC based boards
- Three older tablets based on 32-bit OMAP4 and Exynos5 SoCs
- One Set-top-box based on Allwinner H6
- 22 additional industrial/embedded boards using 64-bit NXP i.MX8M

- 20 Qualcomm SoC based machines across all possible markets:
workstation, gaming, laptop, phone, networking, reference, ...
- Three more Rockchips rk35xx based boards
- Four variants of the Toradex Verdin using TI AM62
Other notable bits are:
- A cleanup for the 32-bit Tegra paz00 board moved the last
board specific code on Tegra into equivalent dts syntax.
- There continues to be a significant number of fixes for static
checking of dtc syntax, but it feels like this is slowing down,
hopefully getting into a state where most known issues are

The core mmc devicetree schema expects mmc controller nodes to be named
using '^mmc(@.*)?$' pattern.
The legacy Hisilicon SoC files (hi3660, hi3670, and hi6220) previously
used the 'dwmmc' prefix for their nodes. This caused warnings during
dtbs_check.
Rename the 'dwmmc' nodes to 'mmc' to comply with the standard schema and
dtbs_check warnings. The legacy phandle labels are kept intact.

Reboot starts failing on Poplar since commit 8424ecdde7 ("arm64: mm:
Set ZONE_DMA size based on devicetree's dma-ranges"), which effectively
changes zone_dma_bits from 30 to 32 for arm64 platforms that do not
properly define dma-ranges in device tree. It's unclear how Poplar reboot
gets broken by this change exactly, but a dma-ranges limiting zone_dma to
the first 1 GB fixes the regression.

The PCIe reset GPIO on Poplar is actually active low. The active high
worked before because kernel driver didn't respect the setting from DT.
This is changed since commit 1d26a55fbe ("PCI: histb: Switch to using
gpiod API"), and thus PCIe on Poplar got brken since then.
Fix the problem by correcting the polarity.

"snps,tx_de_emphasis" is supposed to be a u8, not a u32. Since it is big
endian, 0 will be read rather than 1. The DWC3 Linux driver simply ORs
the value if "snps,tx_de_emphasis_quirk" is set, so the 2 properties
have no effect. (The driver doesn't clear the field either which is
another problem).
"snps,gctl-reset-quirk" is not documented nor used in the driver, so
drop it as well.

Fixed regulators are not part of any MMIO bus, so they should not have
unit addresses. This fixes dtc W=1 warnings:

During boot, the kernel complains:
[ 0.044029] cacheinfo: Unable to detect cache hierarchy for CPU 0
So add L1/L2 cache info to the dts according to the datasheet. (32KiB L1
i-cache + 32 KiB L1 d-cache + 512 KiB L2 unified cache)
With this patch, the line above is gone and the following info is added
to the output of `lscpu`:
Caches (sum of all):
L1d: 128 KiB (4 instances)
L1i: 128 KiB (4 instances)
L2: 512 KiB (1 instance)

During boot, Linux kernel complains:
[ 0.000000] GIC: GICv2 detected, but range too small and irqchip.gicv2_force_probe not set
This SoC is using a regular GIC-400 and the GICR space size should be
8KB rather than 256B.
With this patch:
[ 0.000000] GIC: Using split EOI/Deactivate mode
So this should be the correct fix.

We want to unify the pinctrl-single pin group nodes to use naming "pins".
Otherwise non-standad pin group names will add make dtbs checks errors
when the pinctrl-single yaml binding gets merged.
Let's also correct the pinctrl controller #size-cells to 0 while at it.

properties for unified cache is present ('cache-size', ...).
