Rick Gale d7f054d2e3 feat(core): Add project and additional-data options to executeWorkflow (no-changelog) Add `parentProjectId` and `configureAdditionalData` to `ExecuteWorkflowOptions`. Make `parentWorkflowId` optional. A caller without a parent workflow can now run a sub-workflow. The caller passes a project ID for the policy check.
