feat(core): Remove the per-upload limit on agent knowledge files
Users could upload at most 10 knowledge files to an agent in one go. The
total knowledge base size limit of 1.5 GB and the per-file limit of 10 MB
stay in place.

The mirror sync command named each file inline: one `mv` for each copied
file, one `rm -f` with every deleted path, and the manifest body in a
`printf`. The whole command goes to `bash -c` as one argument, and Linux
limits one argument to 128 KiB. At 500 files the command was 128 KB, and
at 600 files it failed with "argument list too long".

The per-file data now goes to the sandbox as staged files. The command
moves the staged files with one glob, removes the names in a staged
NUL-separated delete list, and swaps in a staged manifest. The command
is now a fixed size for any number of files. Each staged file still
moves with `rename`, so a concurrent search never reads a partial file.

Stage the knowledge files in a `files` subdirectory of the sync
directory. The glob then finds the knowledge files only, and one
`rmdir` removes all that the sync staged.

What does n8n mean?

Short answer: It means "nodemation" and is pronounced as n-eight-n.

Long answer: "I get that question quite often (more often than I expected) so I decided it is probably best to answer it here. While looking for a good name for the project with a free domain I realized very quickly that all the good ones I could think of were already taken. So, in the end, I chose nodemation. 'node-' in the sense that it uses a Node-View and that it uses Node.js and '-mation' for 'automation' which is what the project is supposed to help with. However, I did not like how long the name was and I could not imagine writing something that long every time in the CLI. That is when I then ended up on 'n8n'." - Jan Oberhauser, Founder and CEO, n8n.io
