refactor(editor): Remove unused personalizedNodeTypes store getter and resolver plumbing
...
The personalizedNodeTypes getter on users.store had no consumers outside
its own tests after the store moved to @n8n/stores (PR #34900 ). Remove the
getter along with its now-orphaned plumbing: the node-types resolver
ref/setter on the store, the app-side injection in init.ts, and the
getPersonalizedNodeTypes survey-to-node-type mapping function it invoked.
No behavior change: the getter was never read by any live feature.
