fix(editor): Reword the Gateway credits warning in the switch modal (no-changelog) 
Make the node the subject. "Gateway credits supports this node" reads as a
number disagreement, and credits pay for a node rather than support it.

fix(editor): Show the Gateway credits nudge on the canvas only (no-changelog) 
Hold the toast back while the node details view is open. It layers above
that view, so it interrupts the user in the middle of node setup. The
trigger watches the view as well, so it retries when the user goes back to
the canvas and an edit made inside the view still counts.

List the nodes with no warning first in the switch modal, and say in the
warning that the node itself is supported.

feat(editor): Warn when a node's model or operation blocks Gateway credits (no-changelog) 
A node type can be supported while its current configuration is not. Show
these nodes in the switch modal with a warning, and leave them unselected,
so the user does not break a node by accident. The user can still select
one, because they may want to change the model or the operation next.

Ask the gateway for its model allowlist with `includeModels=true`, and
compare it against the model the node selects. The field is optional, so an
instance that talks to an older service keeps working.

A node counts toward the toast only when it has no warning. A node with no
model or no operation selected counts as supported.

feat(editor): Let the user switch eligible nodes to Gateway credits (no-changelog) 
Add a Review action to the Gateway credits nudge. It opens a modal that
lists the eligible nodes, with every node selected. The user clears the
nodes to keep, then switches the rest in one step.

The switch writes through the workflow document and leaves the workflow
dirty, so the user can undo it and choose when to save. A node that needs
a different authentication setting says so in the modal.

Show the nudge on the first edit of a workflow, not only after a manual
run: a workflow with a schedule or a webhook trigger rarely gets a manual
run in the editor. The gateway config loads when the workflow opens, and
the scan runs at the moment the nudge appears, so a node the user just
added is counted.

The nudge now shows at most once for each workflow in a session, instead
of once for the whole session.

feat(editor): Suggest Gateway credits for eligible nodes after a manual run (no-changelog) 
Scan the workflow after a manual run and show a toast when nodes could use
Gateway credits instead of their own credential. The toast has a Dismiss
button and a Never show again button.

Move checkAiGatewayEligibility from packages/cli into @n8n/api-types so the
editor reuses the same rules as the backend. The cli module stays as a
re-export, and stripToolSuffix now has one shared implementation.

The scan returns the credential type and the activation parameters for each
node, so a later change can apply the switch.
