refactor(editor): Drive sub-workflow progress from progress messages only 
Drop the started and finished handlers. Clear a node's progress when the
parent starts that node again, and let the newest child replace the entry.

feat(editor): Show live sub-workflow progress on the Execute Sub-workflow node 
While a sub-workflow runs, its Execute Sub-workflow node shows an arc on
its border, a "Step N" count, and the name of the child node that runs.
The canvas shows the progress only while the node itself runs.

The backend sends the progress only when N8N_ENV_FEAT_SUBWORKFLOW_PROGRESS
is set.

refactor(core): Send sub-workflow progress as one throttled message 
Drop the started and finished messages and the per-node phase. The parent
node's own events already end the overlay. Start the throttle window with
the child, so a child that ends within it sends nothing. Skip children the
parent does not wait for.

feat(core): Send sub-workflow progress to the editor session 
A sub-workflow started from a manual run now pushes a lightweight
progress stream to the editor session of its parent. The stream has a
start event, throttled per-node progress, and a finish event. Only
direct children of the run on the canvas send progress.

The feature is off by default. Set N8N_ENV_FEAT_SUBWORKFLOW_PROGRESS to
enable it.
