feat(editor): Add settings, favorites, folders and workflow pages to the command bar

Show every settings page that the settings sidebar shows, the user's
favorites in the default view, matching folders in workflow search, and
the executions and version history of a saved workflow. Add Overview and
Shared with you, and use the sidebar gates for Templates and Insights.
