ea9eb83f8d test(editor): Cover the two unasserted modal open paths in Playwright 
Two modal open paths had no test. Later stages of the modal-key sweep move
both keys, so a break would be silent.

1. The MFA-enforced landing page. A user without MFA on an enforced instance
   lands on Personal Settings, and `initializeAuthenticatedFeatures` throws
   `MfaRequiredError` on the way there. Post-login modal registration never
   runs, so the page depends on the eager (phase-1) registration.
2. `?settings=1` on an editor route. `WORKFLOW_SETTINGS_MODAL_KEY` has the
   widest consumer set in the sweep, and no test observed the deep link.

The `/rest/settings` and `/rest/module-settings` interceptors rewrote every
response body, including error bodies. That replaced a 401 `mfaRequired` flag
with an empty body, so the app saw an expired session instead of the
MFA-enrollment redirect. Error responses now pass through unchanged.
