lyz 09a17666a3 usb-debug: add force uart mode 
write 1 to /sys/bus/platform/drivers/usb20_otg/dwc_otg_force_uart
can stop check_vbus_timer and force usb_phy bypass to uart mode

write 0 comes back to normal usb operate mode
