The Q10 temperatures were rounded to whole degrees before being scaled to millidegrees, losing sub-degree precision. Convert them while preserving the fractional part. Also, use the standard MILLIDEGREE_PER_DEGREE to represent SMU_TEMPERATURE_UNITS_PER_CENTIGRADES.
