41e116ad01 m68k: coldfire: fix breakage of missed IO access update
Fix the last remaining breakage caused by missing a SoC IO access
update. Commit e1f3a00670 ("m68k: coldfire: use ColdFire specifc
IO access in SoC code") missed this read16() call which should be
mcf_read16().

f47b6b313d m68k: coldfire: fix breakage of missed IO access updates
Commit e1f3a00670 ("m68k: coldfire: use ColdFire specifc IO access in
SoC code") incorrectly updated a couple of local IO access uses. They
use "read8" when they should be using the new "mcf_read8". Fix them.

This causes compile time breakage for two specific SoC types, the ColdFire
5235 and 5282. They got missed in original testing due to not having
any defconfigs for these specific parts.

69f78f9621 m68k: coldfire: rename timer register access defines
With the basic ColdFire IO register functions now consistently named
with a "mcf_read"/"mcf_write" prefix it makes sense to name the timers
internal access defines the same way. Convert the local __raw_readtrr

the change is:

39e94fdce4 net: phy: fixed: let fixed_phy_add always use addr 0 and remove return value
We have only two users of fixed_phy_add(), both use address 0 and
ignore the return value. So simplify fixed_phy_add() accordingly.

Whilst at it, constify the fixed_phy_status configs.

Note:
fixed_phy_add() is a legacy function which shouldn't be used in new
code, as it's use may be problematic:
- No check whether a fixed phy exists already at the given address
- If fixed_phy_register() is called afterwards by any other driver,
then it will also use phy_addr 0, because fixed_phy_add() ignores
the ida which manages address assignment
Drivers using a fixed phy created by fixed_phy_add() in platform code,
should dynamically create a fixed phy with fixed_phy_register()
instead.

3216484550 kbuild: use obj-y instead extra-y for objects placed at the head
The objects placed at the head of vmlinux need special treatments:

 - arch/$(SRCARCH)/Makefile adds them to head-y in order to place
them before other archives in the linker command line.

 - arch/$(SRCARCH)/kernel/Makefile adds them to extra-y instead of
obj-y to avoid them going into built-in.a.

This commit gets rid of the latter.

Create vmlinux.a to collect all the objects that are unconditionally
linked to vmlinux. The objects listed in head-y are moved to the head
of vmlinux.a by using 'ar m'.

With this, arch/$(SRCARCH)/kernel/Makefile can consistently use obj-y
for builtin objects.

There is no *.o that is directly linked to vmlinux. Drop unneeded code
in scripts/clang-tools/gen_compile_commands.py.

$(AR) mPi needs 'T' to workaround the llvm-ar bug. The fix was suggested
by Nathan Chancellor [1].

f95a387cde m68k: coldfire: drop ISA_DMA_API support
After a build regression report, I took a look at possible users of
CONFIG_ISA_DMA_API on m68k and found none, which Greg confirmed. The
CONFIG_GENERIC_ISA_DMA option in turn is only needed to implement
ISA_DMA_API, and is clearly not used on the platforms with ISA support.

The CONFIG_ISA support for AMIGA_PCMCIA is probably also unneeded,
but this is less clear. Unlike other PCMCIA implementations, this one
does not use the drivers/pcmcia subsystem at all and just supports
the "apne" network driver. When it was first added, one could use
ISA drivers on it as well, but this probably broke at some point.

With no reason to keep this, let's just drop the corresponding files
and prevent the remaining ISA drivers that use this from getting built.

The remaining definitions in asm/dma.h are used for PCI support.

0d20abde98 m68k: Leave stack mangling to asm wrapper of sigreturn()
sigreturn has to deal with an unpleasant problem - exception stack frames
have different sizes, depending upon the exception (and processor model, as
well) and variable-sized part of exception frame may contain information
needed for instruction restart. So when signal handler terminates and calls
sigreturn to resume the execution at the place where we'd been when we caught
the signal, it has to rearrange the frame at the bottom of kernel stack.
Worse, it might need to open a gap in the kernel stack, shifting pt_regs
towards lower addresses.

Doing that from C is insane - we'd need to shift stack frames (return addresses,
local variables, etc.) of C call chain, right under the nose of compiler and
hope it won't fall apart horribly. What had been actually done is only slightly
less insane - an inline asm in mangle_kernel_stack() moved the stuff around,
then reset stack pointer and jumped to label in asm glue.

However, we can avoid all that mess if the asm wrapper we have to use anyway
would reserve some space on the stack between switch_stack and the C stack
frame of do_{rt_,}sigreturn(). Then C part can simply memmove() pt_regs +
switch_stack, memcpy() the variable part of exception frame into the opened
gap - all of that without inline asm, buggering C call chain, magical jumps
to asm labels, etc.

Asm wrapper would need to know where the moved switch_stack has ended up -
it might have been shifted into the gap we'd reserved before do_rt_sigreturn()
call. That's where it needs to set the stack pointer to. So let the C part
return just that and be done with that.

While we are at it, the call of berr_040cleanup() we need to do when
returning via 68040 bus error exception frame can be moved into C part
as well.

007f84ede6 m68k: coldfire: remove private clk_get/clk_put
Only three SoCs remain that use the custom clk_get/clk_put.
Move these over to clkdev_lookup tables as well. As before,
treat the "sys.0" and "pll.0" clocks as system-wide clocks,
and all the other ones as device specific.

The "name" field in 'struct clock' is now unused, so rename
that as well as a cleanup and to reduce the object code size.
The DEFINE_CLK macro could be changed the same way, but it
is less churn to just leave those in place, that can be
done as a follow-up later if someone is interested.

322c512f47 m68knommu: include SDHC support only when hardware has it
The mere fact that the kernel has the MMC subsystem enabled (CONFIG_MMC
enabled) does not mean that the underlying hardware platform has the
SDHC hardware present. Within the ColdFire hardware defines that is
signified by MCFSDHC_BASE being defined with an address.

The platform data for the ColdFire parts is including the SDHC hardware
if CONFIG_MMC is enabled, instead of MCFSDHC_BASE. This means that if
you are compiling for a ColdFire target that does not support SDHC but
enable CONFIG_MMC you will fail to compile with errors like this:

arch/m68k/coldfire/device.c:565:12: error: ‘MCFSDHC_BASE’ undeclared here (not in a function)
       .start = MCFSDHC_BASE,

       .end = MCFSDHC_BASE + MCFSDHC_SIZE - 1,

       .start = MCF_IRQ_SDHC,
            ^

Make the SDHC platform support depend on MCFSDHC_BASE, that is only
include it if the specific ColdFire SoC has that hardware module.
