6505114e82 soc: arm code changes for 7.2
The largest addition here is the revived support for the ZTE ZX
SoC platform, though this mostly documentation.

The other changes are code cleanups that deal with continued
conversion of the GPIO library away from GPIO numbers to
descriptors and a few minor bugfixes.

ef3b7426a6 CRC updates for 7.2
Accelerate CRC64-NVME for 32-bit ARM by refactoring the arm64 NEON
intrinsics implementation to be shared by 32-bit and 64-bit.

Also apply a similar cleanup to the 32-bit ARM NEON implementation of
xor_gen(), where it now reuses code from the 64-bit implementation.

a87bbc4578 Things have calmed down a bit on the docs front, with no earthshaking
changes this time around:

 - Ongoing work on the Japanese and Portuguese translations.

 - Better integration of the MAINTAINERS file into the rendered documents,
   including a search interface.

 - A seemingly infinite supply of fixes for typos, minor grammatical issues,
and related problems that LLMs find with abandon.

220ae5d36d ARM: zte: Add zx297520v3 platform support
This SoC is used in low end LTE-to-WiFi routers, for example some D-Link
DWR 932 revisions, ZTE K10, ZLT S10 4G, but also models that are branded
and sold by ISPs themselves. They are widespread in Africa, China,
Russia and Eastern Europe.

This SoC is a relative of the zx296702 and zx296718 that had some
upstream support until commit 89d4f98ae9 ("ARM: remove zte zx
platform").

Patch changelog:
v8:
* Select ARM_PSCI_FW (Sashiko). This is an issue make defconfig pointed
out in the last patch in this series. The board does not have PSCI
firmware as far as I can tell, but the ARM_GIC_V3 option indirectly
assumes ARM_PSCI_FW is enabled.
* Include <linux/init.h> in the board file for __initdata (Sashiko),
removed other includes copypasted from another platform that aren't
needed. Let's see if Sashiko agrees.
* Add the SoC documentation to the documentation index (Sashiko)
* Add the SoC documentation to MAINTAINERS (Sashiko)
* Removed redundant if ARCH_ZTE (Sashiko)
* Point towards a sane (USB-Only) U-Boot and modify the example code for
booting from NAND to detect already fixed GIC setups.

a592a36e49 Documentation: use a source-read extension for the index link boilerplate
The root document usually has a special :ref:`genindex` link to the
generated index. This is also the case for Documentation/index.rst. The
other index.rst files deeper in the directory hierarchy usually don't.

For SPHINXDIRS builds, the root document isn't Documentation/index.rst,
but some other index.rst in the hierarchy. Currently they have a
".. only::" block to add the index link when doing SPHINXDIRS html
builds.

This is obviously very tedious and repetitive. The link is also added to
all index.rst files in the hierarchy for SPHINXDIRS builds, not just the
root document.

Put the boilerplate in a sphinx-includes/subproject-index.rst file, and
include it at the end of the root document for subproject builds in an
ad-hoc source-read extension defined in conf.py.

For now, keep having the boilerplate in translations, because this
approach currently doesn't cover translated index link headers.

c48a7c44a1 docs: kernel_feat.py: fix potential command injection
The kernel-feat directive passes its argument straight to the shell.
This is unfortunate and unnecessary.

Let's always use paths relative to $srctree/Documentation/ and use
subprocess.check_call() instead of subprocess.Popen(shell=True).

This also makes the code shorter.

This is analogous to commit 3231dd5862 ("docs: kernel_abi.py: fix
command injection") where we did exactly the same thing for
kernel_abi.py, somehow I completely missed this one.
