kstrtou32_from_user() returns int, but the return value was stored in
a u32 variable 'val', risking sign loss. Use a dedicated int variable
to correctly handle the return code.

Extend the DesignWare PCIe controller's debugfs statistical counter
interface with event definitions from groups 5 through 7 as documented
in the DWC PCIe Databook (version 6.30a, section 3.8.2.3, Tables 3-59,
3-60, 3-61). These counters provide visibility into Layer1 non-error
events (link state transitions,ASPM, L1 substates), Layer2 DLLP
exchanges, and Layer3 TLP transactions.
The counters are exposed under the debugfs statistical counter directory,
allowing users to monitor link behavior and diagnose PCIe protocol issues
more effectively.

DWC core couldn't distinguish LTSSM state among L1.0, L1.1 and L1.2. But
the vendor glue driver may implement additional logic to convey this
information. So add two pseudo definitions for vendor glue drivers to
translate their internal L1 Substates for debugfs to show.

Synopsys Designware PCIe IPs support PTM capability as defined in the PCIe
spec r6.0, sec 6.21. The PTM context information is exposed through Vendor
Specific Extended Capability (VSEC) registers on supported controller
implementation.
Hence, add support for exposing these context information to userspace
through the debugfs interface for the DWC controllers (both RC and EP).
Currently, only Qcom controllers are supported. For adding support for
other DWC vendor controllers, dwc_pcie_ptm_vsec_ids[] needs to be extended.

Upcoming PTM debugfs interface relies on the DWC PCIe mode to expose the
relevant debugfs attributes to userspace. So pass the mode to
dwc_pcie_debugfs_init() API from host and ep drivers and save it in
'struct dw_pcie::mode'.
