Chris Sherwood f97de2cb3f fix(zim): drop the dead keyword-scan fallback ... `q=` searches an entry's title and summary, never its filename, so it cannot match a resource id. It cost up to 5 paged catalog requests per unresolved book on every check and resolved none. Verified on a test box: identical results with and without it.
