Chris Sherwood a6edaf7df7 fix(dashboard): exempt link tiles from container reconciliation ... _syncContainersWithDatabase flips any service marked installed to not-installed when no container exists for it. A link tile has no container by definition, so every tile was silently unset on the next sync and disappeared from the dashboard within seconds of being created. Caught by creating one in the browser and watching it not appear.
