Chris Sherwood 08f9722b59 fix(migrations): Fix timestamp ordering for builder_tag migration ... The migration file used a 10-digit timestamp (1769324448) while all other migrations use 13-digit timestamps. When sorted numerically, this caused the builder_tag ALTER TABLE migration to run before the benchmark_results CREATE TABLE migration, breaking fresh installs.
