The in-app documentation had no OS or hardware guidance at all, so a user
reading the docs inside NOMAD had no way to find out which operating system
is recommended.
Adds a System Requirements section to getting-started.md covering supported
operating systems, minimum and recommended hardware, and GPU driver
expectations, plus a matching FAQ entry. Ubuntu 26.04 LTS is documented as
recommended, with 24.04 LTS and Debian 12 listed as still supported so
existing users are not pushed toward an unnecessary reinstall.
Also clears the last two N.O.M.A.D. references left in the repo, in
CONTRIBUTING.md and install/update_nomad.sh.
Documentation only. No code paths, migrations, or behaviour changes.
