feat(collections): add the NOMAD PDF library to five curated categories

Seven gated ZIMs built from the nomad-survival-library repo (154 curated,
categorized, summarized PDFs), packaged per category and tier:

- Medicine: essential (11 docs, 42.2 MB) + standard (8, 27.6 MB)
- Survival & Preparedness: essential (26, 49.8 MB) + standard (47, 262.2 MB)
- Education & Reference: standard (30, 41.1 MB)
- DIY & Repair: standard (12, 62.6 MB)
- Agriculture & Food: standard (20, 27.6 MB)

Each ZIM is a browsable index of its PDFs (zimcheck PASS on all seven).
Hosted in the nomad-hosted-content R2 bucket behind the entitlement
Worker; every object verified byte-identical by streaming back through
the Worker with a production key (no-auth returns 401, ranges return
206). Entries use auth: nomad_app_key, so they are pinned to these URLs
and excluded from catalog update checks by design.

Note for merge: pre-1.34.0 builds strip the auth field and will 401 on
these entries. 1.34.0+ carries both the auth support (#1172) and the
clear non-official-build failure message (#1205).
