fix(collections): repoint five ZIMs and drop two whose upstream files are gone

openZIM rolled these forward to 2026-08 and deleted the 2026-02 files, so
every install picking them got a 404 (reported in #1312). URLs verified
live and sizes re-measured from Content-Length:

- devdocs_en_python: 4.4 MB
- devdocs_en_node: 1.4 MB
- freecodecamp_en_all: 7.9 MB
- urban-prepper_en_all: 2245 MB
- based.cooking_en_all: 15.8 MB

The two Canadian Prepper titles (winterprepping, bugoutconcepts) no longer
exist upstream in any version - only bugoutroll_en_2025-08 remains - so
their entries are removed rather than repointed.

Fixes the download half of #1312.
