openZIM re-published winterprepping and bugoutconcepts under a restructured
name (canadian-prepper_en_<playlist>_<date>) after a17dd4c dropped them as
gone. Restored to their original tiers (Essential / Standard) with ids equal
to the new filename base so parseZimFilename matches the installed file.
Also repointed bugoutroll to canadian-prepper_en_bugoutroll_2026-07 - the
old-style 2025-08 file is still live today, but superseded builds get
deleted upstream, so repointing now avoids the next 404.

All three URLs verified 200 and range-resumable; sizes from Content-Length:
winterprepping 1342 MB, bugoutconcepts 2886 MB, bugoutroll 879 MB.
Found live on the Mac Mini test box: the Survival Essential tier dispatched
winterprepping_en_2026-02 and sat retrying a 404.
