Mike Repeć ed6373c77c ci: Attach an env vars manifest to GitHub releases ... Add scripts/env-vars-manifest.mjs. It scans every @Env declaration in packages/ with the TypeScript compiler API and emits one JSON file with the env var name, type, default, jsdoc description and deprecation message.
