Guillaume FELICIANO ea0fa856cd ci: Refresh n8n-nodes-starter scaffold from node-cli templates ... Builds @n8n/node-cli from source and regenerates n8n-nodes-starter's example scaffold (nodes/Example, nodes/GithubIssues, credentials/, icons/, shared tooling config) whenever the source templates change, opening a PR on n8n-nodes-starter directly. Supersedes the starter-side manual refresh workflow proposed in n8n-io/n8n-nodes-starter#153, since the starter repo has no scaffold logic of its own to maintain in parallel.
