Robin Braumann 2d9e93a554 refactor(core): Convert existing knowledge file references instead of orphaning them (no-changelog) ... Record the byte-store key on agent_files so the migration can translate each BinaryDataService reference into a storedAt location plus storageKey. The bytes stay where they are: BinaryDataService wrote them through the same fs/s3/azure byte stores the knowledge file store reads from. Rows stored in database mode have no byte-store equivalent and are dropped with their bytes. down() rebuilds the prefixed reference, so the migration round-trips without data loss.
