Dimitri Lavrenük 76385b3d3e wip(core): Apps round 7 stream A: action fixes and shared contracts (no-changelog) ... Row actions accept only rows the table shows on the rendered page; actions on a dynamic page redirect back to it (the action URL carries the rendered path). The layout preview keeps form controls, inert. create-page accepts a layout. Contracts for the parallel streams: agent-chat block, theme.contentWidth, App.components with migration and snapshot field, layout presets placeholder, access token mode, shared request authorizer.
