r00gm 6d3ca680c2 test: Load create-tasks via load_tool in Instance AI approval replay recordings (no-changelog) ... The two approval-panel recordings predate the change that made create-tasks a deferred tool, so on replay the recorded direct create-tasks call hit an unloaded tool and the plan-review suspension never happened. Insert a synthetic load_tool turn before the create-tasks turn; all other expectation files are pure renames (sequence shifted by one). trace.jsonl is unchanged: load_tool is runtime machinery, not a traced tool.		2026-07-13 11:02:05 +02:00
