fix(coverage): Fix shard MCR HTML upload path — index.html+assets/ not v8/ (no-changelog) 
MCR writes to {outputDir}/index.html and {outputDir}/assets/, not a v8/
subdirectory. The wrong path was silently skipped (if-no-files-found: ignore).
