Veljko Terzic 1f3d63ff21 perf(engine): Run the hot-path stores as raw SQL on the pg pool ... Replace TypeOrmExecutionStore and TypeOrmStepStore with PgExecutionStore and PgStepStore. They send SQL directly to the pg pool of the existing DataSource. Migrations and the read-side view store stay on TypeORM. createSteps checks for a failed step inside the INSERT. The check still runs after the execution-row lock, in the same transaction. This removes one round trip for each planning call.
