Veljko Terzic 738ca1b80d perf(core): Reuse HTTP connections between control plane and data plane ... The engine clients made a new HTTP agent for each request. Each call opened a new TCP connection. Add a `keepAlive` option to `OutboundHttp.requests`. The client makes one agent pair and uses it for all calls. Turn it on for the data plane client and the control plane transport.
