spike: migrate Chat Trigger onto the declarative trigger-identity capability 
Now that IAM-1259/1260/1261 have landed on master, Chat Trigger has a real
n8nUserAuth + hostedChat identity-establishing path to migrate. Declares
triggerIdentity (establishes gated on authentication===n8nUserAuth &&
mode===hostedChat, index-merge, gate: manual — IAM-1264 hasn't landed a
manual checkTriggerCredentialStatus() call yet) plus a sibling, unconditional
triggerExecutionSeeding (Chat pre-seeds its stack for every auth mode, not
just identity-establishing ones, unlike Webhook/MCP/Agent365).

Removes the three "TEMPORARY: Chat Trigger isn't migrated" hardcoded
special cases in webhook-helpers.ts now that Chat flows through the
capability lookups like the other three node types.
