When the published version is identical to the current draft
(activeVersionId === versionId), get_workflow_details now returns
activeVersion: { sameAsCurrent: true } instead of repeating the full
nodes/connections/nodeGroups graph, roughly halving the response size
for published, unedited workflows. activeVersion stays null when the
workflow has no published version.
