- Remove the build-agent sub-agent tool and the builder sub-agent prompts. The orchestrator calls the builder tools directly through the delegate. - Use the prefixed agent_builder_* and workflow_builder_* tool names. Keep legacy names so persisted checkpoints still resolve. - Register the builder skills as references of the agent-builder skill. - Let agent_builder_finish_setup write resolved credentials and answers that have a configPath into the agent config. - Keep single-job target-Agent behavior in instructions instead of skills.
