feat(editor): Show live sub-workflow progress on the Execute Sub-workflow node 
While a sub-workflow runs, its Execute Sub-workflow node shows an arc on
its border, a "Step N" count, and the name of the child node that runs.
The canvas shows the progress only while the node itself runs.

The backend sends the progress only when N8N_ENV_FEAT_SUBWORKFLOW_PROGRESS
is set.
