Guillaume Jacquart d11b2bda45 refactor(core): Send sub-workflow progress as one throttled message ... Drop the started and finished messages and the per-node phase. The parent node's own events already end the overlay. Start the throttle window with the child, so a child that ends within it sends nothing. Skip children the parent does not wait for.
