Svetoslav Dekov df70043e48 feat(core): Show the workflow name in MCP execution progress messages ... Progress notifications now read 'Execution 1208 of "Daily Report Sync"' instead of exposing only the workflow ID. The execution ID stays in the message so clients can follow up with get_execution after a timeout.
