n8n-packages no longer imports the data-table module's entity and
service. Instead, n8n-packages exposes a PackageEntityHandlerRegistry
on its public surface, and the data-table module registers its
import/export handler there during module init. The four data-table
handler files move wholesale into the data-table module, where their
DataTable entity/service imports become intra-module.
When no handler is registered (module disabled), n8n-packages keeps
the exact same behavior the previous isActive('data-table') guards
produced: packages without data tables pass through, imports with data
tables are blocked as module-disabled, and exports with data tables
are rejected with the same error.
