emrecaglarid 992fed4c64 feat(editor): Pick several prepared checks and add them without a run (no-changelog) ... The Checks tab gets its title and description. Add a check lists the prepared checks by rule, with the message under it. Pick several, then Add N checks. Added checks join the list as not run until the next run.
