The feed only described things that had happened. An instance whose workflows were all built a while ago produced no block at all — the exact case the block was meant to cover, since the agent then starts a thread believing the instance is empty. The opening block now also carries a short inventory of the workflows that already exist, newest first. It stands on either leg: activity, inventory, or both. Reinjections stay deltas and skip the inventory, so it costs nothing per turn. findRecentForProjects groups by workflow id, so a workflow shared into several projects is counted once rather than once per share. |
