Uddish Verma e47b8d6891 test(API): Drop the shared ActiveWorkflowManager mock workaround ... `executions.test.ts` now registers its own `InstanceSettings` mock before `setupTestServer`, so the shared helper no longer needs to patch the already constructed instance.
