Riqwan Thamir 0a2317473d refactor(core): Merge list_credentials into credentials ... The Agent Builder lists credentials with the credentials tool (action list). The list_credentials tool is removed. The credentials list can show personal credentials that an Agent cannot use, so the skill text tells the builder to use the list only for inspection.
