Robin Braumann	d308f00de5	refactor(core): Preserve agent knowledge file rows in storage migration (no-changelog) ... Keep existing agent_files and binary_data rows instead of deleting them, so the migration is a pure column swap and can be reverted. Make the migration irreversible, drop the unused agent_file binary_data source type, extract testable s3/az registration, and tighten store API plus migration coverage from review feedback.
