fix(core): Let the sandboxed app document load its modules (no-changelog) 
The app document has an opaque origin, so the browser fetches module scripts with CORS and Origin: null. Production sent no Access-Control-Allow-Origin header, so the preview and published apps loaded no scripts.

fix(core): Drop conditional headers when proxying the app preview (no-changelog) 
The sandbox service refuses every 3xx from its runner, 304 included. A revalidated preview document came back as a 502 after the preview remounted, for example after the Code tab.

ci: Fix PR quality checks for apps (no-changelog) 
Move the app tables migration after the newest master migration. Ignore the app-builder component registry in knip, because generated apps declare its imports. Keep the markdown helper inside Markdown.vue. Declare eslint in @n8n/app-sdk. Use the shared load_skill limit in the runtime skills test.

feat(core): Build every app turn and show the last build before the preview loads (no-changelog) 
Build the newest stored version after each turn and on Code/Theme saves, in the app-publish sandbox (debounced, one build per app at a time). Publish activates an already built version. Serve a non-active build through ?v=<id> for authenticated users with app:read. A fresh load shows the newest build until the dev server takes over. Keep the thread runtime when the app builder unmounts a duplicate view.
