Everything in this branch that is NOT part of the reviewed #32975 patch. The
preceding commit is that patch verbatim; this commit is the entire delta needed
to land it on master, so review can stop here.
- Renumber the CreateProjectPoolSettings migration 1787232667996 ->
1788254018000, past master's newest migration (1787841960965). Digits only;
the migration body is unchanged.
- Reconcile the generated project schema docs: keep master's
type_availability_policy_scope link alongside the new project_pool_settings
entry. Both files are generated, and `db_schema_check` validates the result.
- Sort the `ensureError` import in workflow-runner.ts, which the replay placed
between two `n8n-workflow` imports. Import position only; the set of changed
lines in that file is unchanged.

This commit carries NO adaptation to master beyond the one change required for
the patch to apply at all: the frontend test `defaultSettings` edit targets
@n8n/frontend-test-utils, since #37304 moved that file out of editor-ui.
Everything else needed to land on current master is isolated in the next commit,
so this one can be diffed directly against the reviewed state of #32975.
