feat(core): Add REST endpoints to manage linked n8n instances (no-changelog) 
Add routes to list, link, check, change and unlink linked instances for the signed-in user.
Store a default project on each link and pick it from the projects that the linked instance lists.
Move the shared request schemas and summary types to @n8n/api-types.
