chore: Resolve 3.x sync conflicts
...
3.x re-recorded the execution-logs chat expectations under new names when
AI Agent v1 was removed (#36315 ); master then dropped `thinking` from the
old ones in the Instance AI dependency bump (#36635 ). Keep 3.x's deletion
and mirror the `thinking` removal into its replacements.
