fix(editor): Let server tables use the full width and show the scrollbar over the rows (no-changelog)

Browse Source 
Drop the reserved scrollbar gutter instead of painting it. The header and
the row dividers now run to the right border, and a scrollbar shows only
while the rows overflow, as in a common virtualized table.
